Blagdani su posebni uz ukusne recepte i Zvijezda majonezu

Ako bismo morali birati koji je proizvod glavna zvijezda svakog blagdanskog stola, ne bi nam bilo jako teško. Izbor bi pao na Zvijezda majonezu jer se savršeno spaja sa svim namirnicama.

Neizostavna je u pripremi omiljene francuske salate kojom se volimo počastiti u ovo doba godine i trik iz hladnjaka kad za večeru izvadimo hladno pečenje koje je ostalo od ručka. Ovih blagdana očekuje nas malo drugačije slavlje, ali ipak uz omiljene zalogaje. Zato smo za vas pripremili nove recepte. Bez obzira postite li i birate ribu ili se pak odlučite za meso, za svakoga imamo nešto posebno uz Zvijezda majonezu. 

Pripremite salatu od ramsteka ili isprobajte jedan od naša tri recepta za riblji namaz u kojem se uživa uz komadić omiljenog kruha ili krekera. Sve već miriše na pun stol dobrih zalogaja. Probajte im odoljeti! 

Salata od pečenog odreska s umakom od Zvijezda majoneze i peršina 

Sastojci:
- 450 grama junećeg ramsteka
- 300 grama Zvijezda majoneze 
- 60 grama svježeg lista peršina 
- 1 jušna žlica bijelog vinskog octa 
- 100 grama rikule
- 100 grama mrkve
- 100 grama žute paprike
- 10 cherry rajčica 
- 5 rotkvica
- Sol i papar, po ukusu

Priprema:
Junetinu sobne temperature ispecite na zagrijanoj i suhoj grill tavi.

Ovisno o težini, debljini i željenom stupnju termičke obrade, meso pecite 7-12 minuta. Ramstek možete okrenuti nekoliko puta prilikom pečenja, a za srednji stupanj pečenosti, sredina mesa trebala bi dosegnuti oko 65 stupnjeva što ćete postići uz 8 minuta pečenja na grill tavi.

Kad je pečeno, meso odložite sa strane, posolite ga i poparite po želji pa ga pustite da odleži najmanje 10 minuta na toplom mjestu. Za to vrijeme pripremite salatu i dressing.

Dressing možete pripremiti ručno; sitno nasjeckajte svježi list peršina i pomiješajte ga sa Zvijezda majonezom, a možete ga pripremiti i u multipraktiku. Prvo dodajte željenu količinu peršinovog lista i usitnite ga. Zatim dodajte žlicu bijelog vinskog octa i Zvijezda majonezu te još jednom kratko uključite multipraktik da se namirnice pomiješaju. 

Salatu operite, cherry rajčice prepolovite, rotkvice tanko narežite, mrkvu naribajte, a papriku narežite na kockice. Povrće pomiješajte u dubokoj posudi s jednim djelom pripremljenog dressinga pa servirajte salatu na tanjur. Preko salate posložite tanko narezane šnite odležanog ramsteka i dodatno začinite cijeli tanjur preljevom za salatu od Zvijezda majoneze i peršina.

Riblji namazi od tri vrste ribe

Namaz od lososa

Sastojci: 
- 400 grama svježeg lososa 
- 50 kiselog vrhnja
- 80 do 100 grama Zvijezda majoneze
- Sok pola limuna
- Prstohvat soli 

Priprema: 
Pećnicu zagrijte na 200 stupnjeva i pecite losos 12 minuta. Termički ga možete obraditi i na pari. 
Kožu odstranite, a meso lososa stavite u električnu sjeckalicu. Lososu dodajte kiselo vrhnje, sok pola limuna, prstohvat soli i 80-100 grama Zvijezda majoneze. Uključite električnu sjeckalicu na oko 30 sekundi. Namaz od lososa poslužite uz kruh po izboru ili krekere.

Namaz od tune

Sastojci: 
- 220 grama ocijeđene tune iz konzerve (2 konzerve tune) 
- 50 grama krem sira 
- 100 grama Zvijezda majoneze
- 1 čajna žlica senfa 
- 1 čajna žlica Zvijezda maslinova ulja 
- Zvijezda kiseli krastavac po želji 

Priprema: 
Tunu ocijedite i zatim je u dubljoj posudi vilicom pomiješajte s krem sirom, senfom, Zvijezda maslinovim uljem i Zvijezda majonezom. Po ukusu možete u namaz od tune dodati i jedan manji naribani Zvijezda kiseli krastavac. Vilicom dobro pomiješajte sve sastojke, a ako želite da namaz bude još kremastiji, usitnite ga štapnim mikserom. Namaz od tune poslužite uz kruh po izboru ili krekere.

Namaz od orade

Sastojci: 
- 100 grama orade - pečene ili dimljene 
- 60 grama Zvijezda majoneze
- 30 grama krem sira
- 15 grama parmezana
- Bijeli papar po ukusu

Priprema:
Uklonite kožu s orade i provjerite da u mesu nema kosti.  U dublju posudu pomiješajte meso orade, malo krem sira i naribanog parmezana, bijelog papra po ukusu i 60 grama Zvijezda majoneze. Vilicom pomiješajte i sjedinite sve sastojke u rustikalni namaz od ribe. 

Namaz od orade poslužite uz kruh po izboru ili krekere.
